WikiVet is a collaborative web-based resource that aims to support and enhance veterinary education worldwide through high quality, peer reviewed content and resources covering the entire undergraduate curriculum. It was launched in 2007 and now has over 55,000 users from over 90 countries across the world. WikiVet is committed to helping enhance the quality of education and address the challenge of accessible resources faced by poorly funded veterinary schools whilst responding to students changing needs for quality educational resources.
Apart from factual information focusing on the key points within a topic, WikiVet contains a selection of learning resources like flashcards, videos, quizzes and other types of online learning resources other types of computer based learning resources. Many of these resources require you to be registered with WikiVet to access them.
The Online Veterinary Anatomy Museum (OVAM) is WikiVet's sister project and contains lots of useful anatomy resources.
