Beth is a final year veterinary student from Sheffield currently studying at the University of Liverpool who aspires to specialise within wildlife and conservation medicine in the future. Her most recent work overseas was neutering domestic dogs in the Zimbabwean bush with a team from Wildlife Vets International and Painted Dog Conservation, where she had the time of her life. Previously, she has also completed a month neuter clinic in India where she also assisted treatments of livestock, including camel and elephant, amongst a wide variety of wildlife casualties. She is looking forward to developing her avian interests in the summer when she will be completing an externship at a well-renowned raptor rehabilitation centre in the USA. Beth is currently participating in the ERASMUS+ programme at Oslo vet school where she is completing the final three months of her rotations. She is fully embracing “Scandi-life” by learning to cross-country ski!
